Fellowship Application
Welcome to the APSC Fellowship Online Center
Thank you for your interest in Fellowship in the Asian Pacific Society of Cardiology.
Fellowship in the Asian Pacific Society of Cardiology recognizes physicians and scientists who have made outstanding contributions to medicine and science in the areas of clinical, educational, investigational, or professional cardiology.
Fellows represent the core values of the APSC and the highest level of professional standards in cardiovascular medicine and research that is expected of APSC Members. Thereby, APSC Fellows will strengthen the standards of practice and research in cardiovascular medicine in the Asia Pacific region. Fellows serve as recognized and validated experts in cardiovascular medicine.
Benefits of APSC Fellowship are:
- Diploma of Fellow of APSC (FAPSC), conferred at convocation.
- The right to use the credential “FAPSC”, while dues remain current.
- Recognition as a select elected group of meritorious cardiovascular experts.
- APSC Congress privileges:
・Discounted registration (by 50%) to the congress of the APSC.

New Fellowship Applicants
To apply for Fellowship in the APSC, please complete the Fellowship Application.
Download the application here.
Ensure that you complete each section of the application and provide all the required documents as listed on page 4 in the Documentation Checklist. Ensure that you sign the completed application.
Please note that the application form can be downloaded and saved to your computer. You can type directly into the application form, save your completed form in a known location in your computer, and emailed to the APSC Secretariat.
When completing the application, ensure that you select the category of Fellowship for which you are applying: Fellow, Associate Fellow, or Fellow in Training.
Email the completed and signed application to fellowship@apscardio.org. The subject line should say “New Fellowship Application (your name)”.
Payment must accompany your Fellowship application.
Select the desired FELLOWSHIP LEVEL below and click the Buy button (once only) to make payment for your annual dues and processing fee online via PayPal. When we receive your application, we will confirm that your payment has been processed.

Fellow
Requirements for election to Fellow:
- Completed cardiovascular training.
- Established and recognized as outstanding clinician or scientist, with significant contributions to the scientific literature.
- At least 75% of practice is related to cardiovascular medicine.
- Demonstrate clinical or scientific excellence.
- Hold a leadership position in your hospital or institution.
- Hold a current medical license in the country where practice medicine.
- Submit two letters of sponsorship.
Associate Fellow
Requirements for election to Associate Fellow:
- Completed cardiovascular training.
- Early career stage clinician or scientist.
- At least 75% of practice is related to cardiovascular medicine.
- Demonstrate clinical or scientific excellence.
- Hold a current medical license in the country where practice medicine.
- Submit two letters of sponsorship.
Fellow in Training
Requirements for election to Fellow in Training (FIT):
- Completed 5 years of medical training, including 24 months of formal cardiology training.
- Established in practice or research for at least 6 months.
- Demonstrate clinical or scientific excellence.
- At least 50% of practice is related to cardiovascular medicine.
- Present two letters of sponsorship.
